What shipping methods do you offer

We ship our items via Royal Mail. This will be second class for all our medium sized boxed orders up to 2KG. if you require just labels, they can be sent by normal post and be sent in a support envelope first class. At time we may have to use other couriers depending on demand.

Where do you ship

We ship anywhere in the UK. We may ship internationally in the future. If you'd like information on international shipping let us know

What happens if I think my package is lost or stolen 

If you have ordered anything other than labels then it will come in a medium sized box all orders will have a tracking number. If the items don't show then use the tracking number supplied to track your order with the courier, also contact us and keep us informed.

What is your return policy

Our returns policy is available to read or download from any link on the site. Our if you have any issue with the site, service or goods received please don't hesitate to get in touch so we can resolve your issue quickly, we are here to help.

What payment methods do you accept

You find that we accept all major credit and debit cards at the checkout. We also accept Paypal & clearpay. 

Updating your order

If you have made an order and forgot to add something then simply tell us by email what you want to add and well take care of it, this will save any further postage charges. 

Can I change my Shipping address

If you've made an order and supplied the wrong or need to change the address, then contact us within the first 24 hours by email and we will change it for you, simply supply us with the order number and details of the correct address. Contact us on info@itslabelled.com

Do the products have any warrenty

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the products you purchase then please contact us immediately. We supply only quality products and use high quality grade materials and ensure you will be satisfied. How will my package be shipped

All of our product labels are applied by hand, and your order is also packed carefully by hand and inspected before its shipped. Each item you order will be individually wrapped and placed in a double walled cardboard boxed, sealed and labelled fragile just to be sure its handled with care.
